These white fence posts with stirrup from Lydite have a total height of 90 cm and are made from UV-stabilised PP glass fibre reinforced plastic. The profile of this post also makes it very stable and low torsion, yet elastic. In critical situations, e.g. animals run into the electric fence in panic, these posts will give in so as to minimise the risk of injury. The total length of 90 cm is sufficient for small horses, ponies, cattle, etc. Six tape lugs and four rope lugs are arranged to provide suitable protection for most pets. These electric fence posts are quick and enjoyable to work with due to their low weight. The round tread ensures slippage is almost impossible and makes it easy to place the plastic post upright. This allows you to build a straight and good-looking electric fence.
Tip: Use solid wooden poles at the corners to absorb the forces that occur when tensioning the fence. These corner posts are embedded into the ground with lateral supports.
